RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Cancelations
We get to work quickly on orders but we will accept cancelations up to 72hrs after an order is placed. Please note a restocking fee of 15% may apply if production has already begun.
Returns & Exchanges
We are sorry your order isn't working out. Please contact us within 48hrs and we will help to figure out what the best return/exchange option is for you.
Unfortunately shipping ceramics back and forth is expensive and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Buyers must contact us within 48hr of receiving order. Any items to be returned but be returned to us within 14 days of your delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. A 15% restocking fee may also apply.

Processing Time
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies but will typically ship within 24hs. All orders will be shipped USPS with tracking. Expedited shipping is available for an added cost.
