All orders ship USPS to the address provided. We pack each order with biodegradable material whenever possible.
Processing time
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies but will typically ship within 72 hrs. All orders will be shipped USPS with tracking. Expedited shipping is available for an added cost.

Cancelations
We get to work quickly on orders but we will accept cancelations up to 72hrs after an order is placed. Please note a restocking fee of 15% may apply if production has already begun.
Returns & Exchanges
If for some reason your order just doesn’t work out, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you in either a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately shipping ceramics back and forth gets expensive so buyers will be responsible for any return shipping or exchange costs. Buyers must contact us within 48hr of receiving order. Any items to be returned but be returned to us within 14 days of your delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. As most of our products are handmade to order a 15% restocking fee may also apply.
